We never set out to be Gin makers, but it turns out Pennsylvania is a great place to harvest Juniper berries. We start by fermenting molasses and raw brown sugar as our base. From there, our recipe is simple: Pennsylvania native juniper berries harvested from the Juniperus Virginiana trees on owner and head distiller’s family farm, fresh blueberries, and citrusy sweet orange bell pepper. 94 proof.
